In all the games I did using side nations , from Mexico to Liberia , from Argentina to Siam where I try to stay neutral allies always win. Also Japan seems to expand a lot but Axis is alwais getting kicked and Italy disappears after q certain date eaten by allies.

That's usually how it has always been basically because Japan is very weak and AI Germany has way too much to do and is very weak against invasions.

The third point being that it is extremely unlikely for AI Germany to ever capitulate AI USSR. So winning in the east and then defending in the West won't happen.

I go so far is to say that AI England could possibly defeat AI Germany or at least remove it from France due to AI just not being efficient at using its units, garrisoning too many points, not having a ready army in France, etc.

There are a few playthroughs as USA where UK started D-Day without me and was doing just fine with their own troops plus random minor allied spam.

The axis position historically is significantly weaker than the allied one if you include the USA.

It's also historically really difficult for Germany to capitulate the USSR.

You can change this by using the boost country tools provided at the start of the game.

if u import from germany(giving civs to them) they get better, even italy get near half of africa.

nerfing allies inst good for minors players whos goes fascists.

lets calm down with entropy, just "nerfing" things ins't the first solution, it should be the last.
Germany and Japan AI need be less dumb and better.

The game was in near perfect balance before this patch, a stalemate around 1943. So a minor in any side have time to catch up and change the course of war.
