This is becoming very frustrating, as it regular happens in most games.

I go to all the trouble of launching Amphibious assaults, precisely so that I don't have to deal with the issue of winning territory for my useless allies.
Eg, in my current game as Britain I landed at Kiel and expanded from there.
I pushed down and out, captured all of Germany and pushing into Austria, when the game just starts giving territory away to the Netherlands.

Then, I amphibiously invade Italian occupies Albania, and take every province for myself. Then weeks later, bam, it just reverts to the Slavs.

And just to be clear: This is not about captured border provinces, or miscellaneous provinces reverting when the whole state is occupied. I have occupied the entire state, usually for weeks or months, then it just randomly flips to an ally.
