allies and other foreign affairs

Where can i see who is my allies, which relation i have with other independent rulers ? Same question for AI rulers ?

i noticed i have HRE as ally but i cant found any info in game about that.

What about clicking on your face in the upper left corner and then choose the "allies" tab?

Or open the archive (is it called archive in the english version?) at the lower end of the minimap and go through the different pages.

For the relation, there is an opinion filter next to the map which should give you opinion all over the map.
If you're looking for your allies on the map, there is the diplomatic filter to do so.

I dont think about rulers under me. I was thinking about other independent ruler. Holly Roman Emperor asks me allways to join their wars and i cant see anywhere info that they are my allies. And how do i get allies like that ?

like in EU3 where you can see with whom is every country in allied or any other relation.
