Allies, always there when you need them most

Yeah, I'm allied with Muscovy, malucks and austria, I get attacked by Aragon(allied with Austria and Muscovy) and THE THREE OF THEM REFUSES TO JOIN AT THE SAME TIME........what the.....?
BUT...and here is the good new...if I attack Aragon Austria comes to help them against me.....
WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD.......
I know, not really sure but sure enough, that good or bad relations don't influence the points for a nation to come or not to come in your help, but trust do.....now, Aragon allied Austria after me and they didn't have any succesfull war together until now....I called twice Austria, and now I only have 8 favors and 50 trust....Muscovy is(AS ALWAYS) in deep debt so they are just....useless....and the mamlucks, well the AE hit them hard so I would understand their betrayal........ALL MY ALLIES AT THE SAME TIME JUST....CLOSE AN EYE AND WATCH ME BURN PRETENDING NOT TO HEARING MY SCREAMS OF PAIN but ok....let's say that is ok but....really....all of you just turn your back to me but if I'm the one to attack then....you come to help them.....how dare you......
I just want to peace my heart so tell, the reason for this is.....maybe they have some more trust with them....enough to overcome a defensive war with your ally...?

-20 reason.... if they really love them even little more reason enought to refuse war call if you dont have extra trust

I like how often allies refuse calls to arms now. It's almost like they're thinking about themselves and not just being used to bail a player out.

Defensive war has a base +30 and with Aragon and Muscovt/Austria allied that's already a -20 hit. Then you just need -10 from low dip rep, loans, low manpower, war exhaustion.

if they think good for attacker they will have -20 reason to join in (you need atleast 1 reason to make them answer defensive call) so in this case they got +30 reason (remains only +10) because of defensive call . if you only got 50 trust it means they 2 loan may enought to cause them refuse the call (with some war exhaustion or maybe someting like that)

Somehow I think that it is the other way round, you get attacked when the enemy AI sees your allies would dishonour. Still, rather weird how OP would have had Austria join offensive war but not defensive. It just sounds like forgotten to apply some reason modifier that should apply in both cases does not.

I know that's why they attack an I like it. I do the same thing as a player (watching war exhaustion and loans rise as a target's allies are in another war).
