Allied units stuck

I took Aleksandria from Mamluks and after peace deal I found out I have an army of my march (circassia) stuck in this province. There is no land connection to rest of my lands.

How can I move those troops home? I tried to march them on ships with my units but they ignore my ships.
I even tried to edit save, but unit do not move even if I replace Alexandrian ID with Circassian capital ID in "location"

Do I have to console spawn them boats? Or tag to them and delete army and respawn it in proper location?

Military access from Mamluks whom I just beaten up for the second time? It's a single province with borders only with them.

I guess you’ll just have to wait until your next war with them or one of their allies.
