So i had an interesting dream tonight. Spain had joined the axis so operation Liberty Prime was a go. However we had to hurry because the Grand Baguette was collapsing. I wanted a 'territorial pride' bonus while defending inside Spain so... we made a paratrooper assault on Madrid... Along with soldiers, we also airdropped the Eiffel tower so the soldiers could feel at home...

due to recent events that have led to the leaking of the spain intervention plan and the turning of china to the axis, it is my goverments believe that we should greatly increase our espionage, counterspionage and diplomatic efforts to regain the neutral countries that have lost faith in the capabilties of the Allies as this can greatly damage our war effort.
The idea from the New Zealand Goverment is to start open renegotiations with Spain and China while also starting negotiations with Brazil, Sweden and Norway on joing the allies or at least lean to our side.
We would like to hear the thoughts about this plan.

To be honest I am not much worried about South America, Liberty Prime can be sent over there to quell any axis sentiment if Spain stays neutral, or after their neutrality/support has been 'enforced'.
China has not yet supported any one side. and the US goverment is doing everything to get them on our side
Currently Brazil and China are up in the air and have been promised much by many. I feel that they will keep things close to their chest until their position is more secure, we will have to plan for all eventualities. Norway and Sweden however have remained very quiet, a small scandinavian faction perhaps?
The government of France, and its people are grateful of US involvement in getting China to our side before officially joining the faction(can't do that before 1941), since French industry is already tied up on domestic defense.
we could start negotiations with Sweden and Norway, insure that they don't become Fascist or Comitern. maybe even get them to support the Allies.
Their support could be vital for our position in europe.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Sweden and Norway are thinking of forming a new faction. But we should definitely be talking with them.
if they make there own faction then we could at least make a Non Agression pact.

We should make our offers public, there is no shame in being open when spreading democratic ideals.
that is why i'm asking on how to continue with this matter, but Gehard lindt is already trying to make contact with the players from Norway and Sweden.
I have talked to the Norwegian ambassodor and said that we support their neutrality but will always welcome them to the side of freedom.
they at least do not immediately want to join the Axis or the Comintern, which is good news.
There is my plan of moving Czechoslovak divisions into France. Its just a plan, i will need someone to try it after release if it will be possible and what consequences it will have.

when do we start the evacuation? at the start of the war or when we cannot hold the line in Czechoslovakia?
also maybe it is an idea to use these troops in Africa, then they do not need to cross the mediterranean.
