I'm waiting for my mate to bring me VIC from US in two weeks, but just can't stand and have to ask a few questions.
To all you lucky VIC owners:
1) Do alliances - like in EU and EU2 - still tend to last forever, no matter what? In EU ie. if I was able to pick 3-4 allies in first 10 years, I could easily keep them for the next 300... Just sending some gift from time to time, DoWing someone (it postponed alliance expiring date), inviting them successfully to alliance in the same second they dishonored it ect. That didn't have much in common with RL. So how is it in VIC? Do countries play more self-centered, independent politics, using diplomacy (and changing it) for their own purposes?
2) How does troops supply system work? Is it like HoI (where you need link to capital)? What about encircling enemy troops? Are there any limitations to pocket sizes?
Ahem, and a trivial one probably: what is RGO? I guess XYOutput or something....
Thanx a lot and have a good play!
