In the original HOI, I can join the Allied when I declare war to Nazi; but in the Armageddon, the UK don't invite me as I fighting with Nazi. How can get into Allied in Arma?

Open the diplomatic menu with the UK and select the 'join alliance' option.
If it's greyed out hover your mouse pointer over the option and you'll get a pop up telling you why it's not available.
