So yeah, dunno if this has happened to anyone yet, and I am using CORE, so that might have something to do with it.
Here's the problem, playing as Germany. Before I declared war on the Soviets (May 21, 1941) I had a IC value of 1156, 0 Dissent. I'm running short on Rubber, but I'm bringing in enough oil to offset that. It's NOT a resource problem. Fast Forward to Sept 1, 1941. I have chosen to follow the third path of Molotov and that Soviet diplo guy. Here's what I pretty much think happened, when I liberated Byelorussia, it wiped out all my IC bonuses, primarily from computers (hence the title), but also from Industrial techs I had.
I haven't done a 'fresh' reload yet, but I have exited to the main menu and reloaded a save I made on Sept 1. No change to IC values. I first noticed when all my tech researches were in the red. It's kinda odd, I'm looking thru Yogi's New order event files and I don't see any problems there. So to note, I've lost ALL IC boosting tech effects and I don't know why. It's not resources I've got over 15k in stockpiles in each. I DO have dissent, but only 6%, not enough to drop me almost 400IC's.
