All-in-one difficulty as Germany

I got to july 1941 with 183 divisions on the eastern border. I'd taken all the historical path up to that point without any difficulty. I have 30 tank divs, 27 mot, and the rest inf, 120 odd something divisions, plus 12 interceptors. I can't see how I could have made any more. I could have made less armor and more inf but I don't know. I can't have really squeezed any more out of IC I think. Encircling is really not even possible much because if I split any of those stacks in order to do it, I will just get attacked by a doomstack instantly it seems. I don't know if it is supposed to be next to impossible in this mod or if I should have a larger force. I have garrisons all over the ports which you kinda need. I have no worth tac or CAS because where you do get the time or the IC? It doesn't exist. I have 16 int in europe which were expensive but you need them surely to combat every country in the world bombing you. It's also strange I mean, I have won about 1 million air battles in france, yet there is no end to the AI's aircraft, they have an infinite amount it seems.

start the game again. This time, push with CAS, INT and TAC, forget armors and motorized. You will get a lot of ARM and MOT from events, but airforce is a key. Also, only 183? I remember invading USSR in 1940 with 300 divisions (allied included). If you do things right, you can have them done in three months.

300 wow. I don't see how that's possible by 1940. I build just factories up to 1937, then fill up all the inf with an artillery piece, then start really building inf, mot, armor and ints. I had altogether 16 int west and 12 east. So how many CAS and TAC should I build? Just ground attack them or support?

This is my building strategy:
1933-1936 (occupation of Rhineland)- just factories
1936-1938 (Anschluss)- Infantry, CAS and Interceptors
1938-1939 (start of WW2)- Submarines, Transports, Fighters, Tactical bombers and infantry
1939- what ever you want, you will have enough IC
