Orders:
1. Abolish the 'Soldier´s Coin' Tax and demand a return of the regular payments from all subjects of the realm.
2. Halt all the current projects that requires state funding (i.e. military reforms, the new wall construction and such)
Raid Northern Meddeland some more, obviously excluding those territories which rightfully belong to Ardans. Wherever we encounter them, incite native Ardansians to cast Meddish out of their homes and join our militia. Since the Ardansians in the border region have previously been subject to ethnical cleansing by the Meddish government and since there are swathes of majority Ardans land which are now formally under Meddish rule, these men should be especially motivated to join us.
Furthermore, send a messenger to Neverreach to convey that Haaken the Vandal, conqueror of Vantage, demands a tribute of 25 ducats to be paid before the end of this season; or before long their city will become the greatest fire the North has ever seen.
Orders:
1. Organise the offices (as Lord Hantre travels Southern Meddeland) of the various tax collectors, censusmen, and recordkeepers. Hopefully this will work.
2. Start the "Blóstmbóc", an organised collection of all the plants within Meddeland. Lord Hantre is a gardener, though by his lack of traits he is more along the scholarly aspect of gardening xD. But yeah, do this as he travels doing Order 1 (see above).

2. Banish Ardanese farmers in Bar who are heretic and causing trouble. If they convert and stop causing trouble, they can stay.
3. If he's got some spare time, Thunderfalcon will spend it on starting up Namidist missionary efforts in this heretic land.
1.- Try to organize and facilitate contacts to form agrarian cooperatives to bolster food production
2.- Help administrating the refugee's new comunities and shelters in order to ensure they are resettled as compfortably as possible

"My, my, what have we hear?" the "boss" asked. "Seems that this trip has been quite profitable.
The big man let out a shrieking laugh. Henry shuddered.

Orders
1. Henry has been captured by bandits. He will keep quiet and do nothing to risk his chances of survival.
1. Continue the construction of the library. Do not use Hendal government funds if Riddleman's patronage is insufficient.

The King approves with these measures, with the exception that these Ardanese farmers that are ready to serve the Crown loyally would not be banished because of their faith, while their conversion should be encouraged.
The King also, in the name of Namid and in return for the military and administrative service within the domain and hoping for the further cooperation with His Holiness, the Superius, in all righteous endeveours, approves of the intention of the Order of Forgiven Knights to build three castles within the Bar Valley lands.
1. The Councillors of the Crown would enter into negotiations with the pale-faced strangers from the distant lands (seeking interpreters) and would to seek find out more about their origins, rulers and land and seek to conclude trade agreements with them.
All men were created as equals, and, as such, all share the same rights. That these rights include life, liberty, and justice. That these right were given by Namid and the Nature, and that, as such, the rejection of them would mean the foulest of heresies. That for centuries, the kings and lords and tyrants have oppresed the people and try to destroy these rights, but that they have resurfaced again, stronger than ever, in the present revolution. That is the Historical Fate and the Manifest Destiny of the People´s Republic to protect and expand these rights, and to fight to anyone which try to rule above us as a despot. That the State of Ardans is a feudal monarchy in all but name, and opresses the people, instituting a government not to the wellbeing of the workers, but of the rich Oligarchs, ruling their cities like the Lords of Dalmira. That the True Government will only exist once the People rule, and the present State of Ardans is nothing, but a joke, stealing our promised liberties, and our well-deserved revolution.
And that we believe in:
The abolition of the Oligarchy, and the formation of a National Assembly, elected by the people, to rule our nation. We believe in the abolition of monarchy, not just in Ardans, but in all of Makria, so, for once, the people will reign all over the land. We believe in the abolition of the Superiacy, and that the priests should serve the people, not the other way around. We believe in the destruction of Feudalism, of the Merchant´s rule of Meddeland, of the Absolutism of Hendal. We stand for the destruction of the old order, and the creation of a new system, where the people can be free.
And we ask for:
Any honest, right thinking person, any man, or woman, which believes in liberty, to join us. We ask for any serf, any servant, any slave of the old order, to rise, to rise, once and for all, to kick out and expell their oppresors, and to stblish the Government of the People. We ask the poors, the starving, the destitute, to see the truth in these words, and fight to tell the richmen, the Oligarch in his Marble Palace, and the Duke in his Stone Castle, that we have had enough, and that it is the time they step out, and the riches given to the ones who deserve them: You, the People.
In the end, we ask just what any sensible being would ask: we ask to end oppresion and to stablish a new government where no one could be discriminated against, where all the people are free and equals in rights, and ruled by the people, for the people
1)Try to start calming and appeasing the masses, to solidify control and be able to start making alliances with other powerful local men. The time of traitors has ended, it´s time for the rebuilding to start
2)Now, that the masses are calm, or in process of it, the statebuilding process will start again, trying to get his own clique of soldiers/militiamen, politicians, taxmen and other assorted people, to start ruling the city of Desrois
3)Publish the "Manifesto of Desrois" and start distributing it both among the people, and with "preachers" in the nearby countryland and the seats of the other Oligarchies of Ardans.
Maintain watch over the border with the 6th and 8th Cohorts, set up patrols and reconnaissance missions to obtain firm lay of the land and keep the men entertained with spars and training sessions. Prepare supplies and make camp in advance for Winter in the likely scenario of a prolonged assignment.
(Like the German anthem that people used, and the XIX century style nationalism that Ardans had pretty well before I arrived, you mean, with Die Wacht am Bar included? XD And the Roman Style reforms in Hendal? And well, I am pretty sure populism has always existed, he is a weirdo and lunatic preaching in a city...
