Landed aliens in Siberia but they won't move, just keep spawning divisions and sitting there. Is that expected to work that way?

They start off at war with the nation owning the province they initially spawn in.
Start them in Kiel or something closer so they can grab some IC, Germany also gives them good sliders to start with.
After a few months when they have enough divisions, bombers and ships they will come at you.
Maybe they have 0 tc, due to starting in siberia, and can't even move their huge armies... could take them some years?
Im guessing since they're out of supply, they just sit there like the AI is told to in the scripts
I landed aliens in Tunguska once (don't remember the HoI2 province name) and while they did move, it took them forever to do so. Only after 3 years or so did they reach China.

Hit F12 to open the console and type:
alienattack 722
to make aliens land in province 722 (Roswell). Use a different number for a different province. You can see the province number by typing:
showid
into the console and then holding your mouse over the province. The ID shows up in the lower right corner of the screen

Looks like Siberia isn't the best place to land aliens in. Will look for another spot.
