I did a quick check on the wiki and I saw no Hellinistic deity that has the same modifier as Alexander. I am not sure if I am missing something or indeed it is not adapted from an existing deity.

the ones players make are based on existing gods, deified historical characters don't need to be. Also see Siddhartha Gautama, a similar case of a unique deified character.
