Isn't it great using vassals as shields?
Sure, until the shield falls on your head and kills ya.

If you had released Tunisia as a vassal, you would still have some income, and would've taken down that BB a bit. Still, the rest of it was very well played.
Yes, I had troops returning to Tunisia (just after the rebels captured it), but the province threw in its lot with some Portugese provinces which had been rebel controlled for a long time, I really hate when that happens.
And thanks.

That's the larges number of alliance dishonours I've seen within such a short time. I like this style of the AAR, keep it up. I'm also glad to see an Albanian one - there hasn't been such an EU2 one for more than a year now, and even the one I have in mind wasn't finished. Hope a similar fate doesn't await this one.
I'll be reading

Im not sure this will run for the entire 400 years (the first 100 years are my favorites - and unless I have some solid goals to continue...i rarely do), having said that tho, there is still some years left here.

Excellent gameplay! Really enjoying this. I didn't realise Edessa could be released in the game, this is Vanilla EUII right?
Glad your enjoying Duke and yes, this is Vanilla.
