Albania again

I made a list of future kings for Albania,which was almost impossible after 1615 btw.Made sure I didn't make any errors to my knowledge,and yet after implementing that list I loaded a new game and got the message Error unexpected text.Now to the question..was this because I A)didn't insert the line fictious monarchs (as Burgundy/Byzantium has) or B)because I didn't put a star* after the monarch name

Any help would be appreciated as it took forever to find those possible Albanian monarchs,but I did learn a lot about Albania...

Yep I was very careful about that one,I even stopped one no.before the free ID ran out so to speak

I wonder if posting what you've done in the scenarios forum is the best approach? Sounds OK from the little I know of modding, but there's several things it could be.

The reason I choose to post it here,was because this was here I first read about the possibility af altering the monarch listings(it was Aragon then,can't remember who made the new Aragon list though)...since then I have of course been selfstudying..,which is a bit dangerous with my lack of computerknowledge.. it seems to look right..and I could of course just try again with the added star and then see what will happen.

and so this is the list...I'de better explain somethings.I choose the name Nanos out of a variety of possibles because elsewhile it would have been a little too complicated.But until Fato III Nanos they are actually all legal claimers from the Kastrioti descendants.after this it simply gets too complicated too decide from which of the many adventureres,"noblemen" etc.the rightful claims come.

However the one I dubbed Fato V.Nanos (real name Eyvor Xhanas)is a "robber king" of Austrian descendant who actually caused the Ottomans some trouble at times,he was assasinated in Vienna.

And the one I dubbed Gjon IV Nanos (real name Alexander Laramillis (or Laramiliotis) was a possible Albanian (no one knows for sure) who lived mostly in Paris.He was one of the wealthiest men at that area and he did claim the Albanian throne (legally or not) and financed a guerilla movement in Albania)It is widely believed that he was murdered by the Ottomans but that is beyond historical proof too.

The main reason for making them all the same family is because there were so many pretenders,and I sort of took a little from each I found might have been the legal pretender..the two above and the Kastrioti descendants apart from this....The First of the Kastrioti (the first Nanos) was Gjon II Kastriotis illegal son (outside marriage) but I could rave on forever about this... but what is wrong with the list?

Yes...of course that is the most possible reason.,...how blind one can get when looking at all this..

Perhaps I should add once more that the names after 1625 are more or less fictious,I choose not to use the real names in the two I was certain of as can be seen

I doubt the list will interrest any but if it should is there a place I can send it to or what?

But first of all I will remove the remark = (empty) slots and then see..Thanks a lot for the help.

The convention in this case (and also for the pretenders) is to add an asterisk after the name, for example

name = "Gjon IV Nanos *"

to indicate that that the monarch is ahistorical.

I'll happily incorporate it into the next AGC beta with your permission. I'm sure the EEP folks would be interested also.

That makes sense..I think I'd better add an asterisk after all then,because none of them rose the throne as known...

Of course you can use it(I have always believed that sharing is one of the most important things in different games,(I guess that was why they made me a moderator at EA (Electronic Arts..)

And another question? what is EEP?

And at last the values are they set too high I was wondering about that?

OOPPS and another one I believe adding leaders goes the same way except for the asterisk right?
