County of Roussillon

Anotehr revolter that should be added is the county of Roussillon (Rosselló), with the same dates as Barcelona. Ideally, both should be released through events around 950 following the weakness of the frankish kingdom and the nearly independence of these counties so southwards in the kingdom.

Well, in fact is in present-day France

Note: the Roussillon revolter should include only the province of Roussillon as the minimum, and possibly the province of Gerona as additional province.
