So as most of you know by now, in every 1.33 game the bohemian ai seems to be super aggresive towards brandenburg, regardless of diplomat, balanced or militaristic ruler. They always desire the province of Sternberg and they get -90 or so relations from that ( where as before, bohemia just wouldnt care about brandenburg, unless they were rivals).

I wanted to check what exactly was causing this so I checked other AIs as well such as Saxony

In the case of Goslar, Saxony seem to desire our province so bad that we get -106 relations with them just from this (just like bohemia with brandenburg). However, this relation hit due to desire seems to just go away once you lose the border with their subject.

As you can see, in the first screenshot saxony suddenly doesnt have -106 opinion of me because I gave them the province of Erfurt from their vassal Thuringia and they became dominant (due to size comparison I guess). In the second screenshot, once I gave the province of Hlohov to Bohemia and his vassal no longer borders me, AI Bohemia just doesnt care about any of my provinces anymore, just like in provious patches.

In these last screeshots both Burgundy and France want provinces from each other because of their rivalry. However, you can see that after integrating Nevers into Burgundy, the burgundian ai lost a bit of interest of the french provinces. The opinion went from -70 (towards france) and -45 (towards french vassals) to only -30 and -7 respectively.

You can also check this behaviour from Mamluks towards Anizah, Hungary towards Bosnia, Ethiopia towards Janjiro, Kilwa towards Makua, etc.. Seems like AI is weirdly aggresive towards countries that both them and one of their vassal border, which I dont know if its intended or a bug in the new 1.33 ai

WYP and WYSP seems to scale. Best I can tell, relative power is a factor, but I'm not sure if it's the only one other than # of provinces desired.

There are some interesting interactions when taking provinces that allies want, depending on relations and trust. You can cause alliance to break immediately due to opinion, but if it doesn't and trust is high enough, the AI just unmarks the provinces and then likes you the same as before.

I have faced this in this patch too: As Florence, i really badly wanted to ally the Pope for RP reasons, but they had 100+ relation penalty from wanting my provinces. A bit later, after i had conquered some provinces and they had integrated their vassals on our border, the penalty was suddenly much smaller and i could ally them no problem.
