is there a way to know this in advance?

Just select your transports before you load the troopers on them and hover the mouse cursor over the target province. If it says 100km but your transport planes only have a range of 600km, it's obviously not within range

for some reason I can't seem to get my transports to go anywhere it'll ethier say paradrop and the planes will not move or it'll say "none" the same thing happens with nukes. ( yes the planes are at full stregth and organization)
