And Tangshan is taken, smoothing out the line.

And a general attack is once again launched.

MacArthur succeeds in Baoding.

And it's a long walk to Erenhot.

Meanwhile, on the other side of China, Yardley is attacked at Ningbo.

It's a fraction of the enemy forces at Ningbo, so he wins.

Some units have to keep playing catch-up.

With the capture of Baoding, our front is smoothed.

Seems like the Japanese in that pocket are really putting up some hard resistance, well but I am certain in the long run American airpower will destroy them… On the other parts of the front the advance is going as planned I see.

Now that our fronts are connected, we start moving west.

In the north as well, into Jining.

Changzhi has a pretty good defense, considering the state of the IJA right now.

And Datong is commanded by a good general.

While Taiyuan might as well not be defended at all.

Meanwhile, Jining is defended by Manchukuoans.

Yucheng, bordering Japanese-held provinces on the west and east, is reinforced.

Now we look to the east, where the Japanese really hate Yardley and his garrison.

Yardley's not all they hate. They hate the defenders of Xuzhou as well.

And it looks like some secret hating is going on in Hefei. You can see the lone Chinese division on the top of the stack. The rest has to be from a different country...

And Yardley is forced from his Ningbo home. Mean Japanese! Why can't they stay in their prison of Wenzhou?

And to help relieve the defenders of Xuzhou, Stilwell attacks the larger Japanese stack at Qingdao. The odds say that it will be a minor distraction at best...

And that's all that it seems to be.

But it works!

Wow, the Third Drop Corps is really beat up!

And more Drop Corps arrive at Jinan.

Making it a perfect place for these here Drop Groups!

Our forces in Kaifeng are built up. A build-up is needed, too, as the Japanese seem to really want to hold onto Anyang.

Looks like the Japs are getting cocky from their successful defense of Changzhi. They think they can take back Handan!

Well, they can't.

Meanwhile, Patton shows true American spirit by winning and reaching Zhengzhou at the same time.

With the Palau Garrison riding on his coattails.

And now we launch a four-way attack on Anyang!

And And And And And And

It looks like we're gaining momentum

With bombers helping out

But we still lose...
