Air Lt. Gen. Chidlaw is promoted to Air General! How nice.
Grand Admiral Endo's fleet of two light cruisers and a DD-1 is getting bombarded by Air General Chidlaw. How pleasant.
USN Fleet 10 is stopping by Wake Island. Wait, that's not on the itinerary. How...odd...
And USN Fleets 11 and 12 divert to Pearl Harbor. Maybe they're giving the soldiers some sort of vacation? That's okay, I guess...
And three of our defenseless transport fleets are getting savaged in the open seas by Carrier Group Koga. How- Wait, what!?

Hopefully we'll be able to sink enough of Koga's ships to make him go away, or something.
Meanwhile, there's another old buddy hanging around the area: Grand Admiral Kondo! It looks like the perfect time for him to strike his revenge, as his guns will be able to tear our transports to shreds if they ever met.
And we manage to sink Carrier Group Koga's only Carrier! Really, are there any Japanese carriers left now?
Meanwhile, we manage to manually retreat the three transport fleets, losing two out of nine. Fortunately, none these three fleets were actually carrying troops. They were in fact dummy fleets, placed deliberately in harm's way so as to distract the still-roaming Japanese fleets while the three fleets that actually had troops inside them furtively island hopped. And you thought that this caught me by surprise, didn't you? Don't doubt my genius. Just don't do it. Ever.
I agree with General Hannibal that I wouldn't go into China itself; only little gains there and it'll need heaps of troops you don't really have...
After all the islands and Korea Japan will wither and be overrun by NatChina eventually. After Korea it's perhaps time to find another enemy?

A nice bonus is that we know exactly where the Japanese fleets are for once. No more need for aimless patrols to hunt for Koga's fleet!
The three dummy fleets successfully retreat, while Koga still takes a pounding.
Wow, six entire groups of bombers, all on top of Koga! He's really crying now.
Kondo, too.
With both Koga and Kondo's fleets being sent to the bottom, we're rushing the other two Fleets to Wake Island. There, they'll make three Fleets with three Corps to transport.
Kondo's getting pounded so hard, we've somehow wrung a peace offer from the Japanese out of him! We refuse, of course. Why stop bombing him? It's so fun!
I think it is safe to assume that peace deal will returned unopened. Or thrown on the fire. Something suitable, anyway.
You really shouldn’t agree to peace with them, just grab it all and annex them. Also nice to see that your excellent plan with decoy transport work out very well and that the Japs actually only sunk those
Shame you can't drop paratroopers onto ships... With 3 full divisions targeting a concentrated Japanese fleet attacking your transports, I bet it would have been easy for you to capture most of the fleet. I would've trained my paratroops to pull off crazy stunts like that if they made my entire army. Shame the Dominican Republic didn't have a navy for you to practice that on.

This AAR is doing four things:
1. Getting around 300 views a day, which is kinda strange when you think about it
2. Adding another 6-10 pictures in my Imageshack account a day, and draining that many times 300 times the average size from those pictures from their bandwidth per day.
3. Is going to COMPLETELY MESS UP anyone who is searching for semi-obscure to obscure military quotes on Google once it is cached there, as by the time this AAR is through I will have used ALL OF THEM IN EXISTENCE, and I have already used several that don't have many hits at all.
