AI stacks 100 divisions at my front and cause supply issues and does nothing :(

I wonder if this is intended or regarded as intetional play by the AI. I however find it difficult to cope with.

As you see on the picture Germany stacks a lot of divisions on my frontline. And I am ofc upgradring my infrastructure. But I think if Germany has no plans to attack Soviet Union, it should pull half of its divisions out of the frontline. I am actually bogged down and the supply penalties make my units weaker and I can not push through.

Or do anyone have a solution to my problem? I am upgradring infrastructure, but it gets damaged at the front line all the time as well.

Yea it is silly, pull off some of your divisions for now and maybe do a naval invasion through the Baltic sea Can you toggle on the AI plans and see what they're up too?
