This was an issue I had with EU3- a defeated AI spams the player with peace offers and occasionally you accidentally accept. Micromanaging is not fun, the AI should stop after the first time or the player should be able to block their spam.

Right click to dismiss it, there is no need to ever open AIs peace offer, because basically whathever they are offering, you can take in your own peace deal.
