Using the BETA version stellaris_test

1.
the AI refuse to buy more than 4 scientist . ( early game atleast.)
edit: actualy , AI don't buy leaders at all in early games. it still buy more in advanced stace of the game , but still spam-change leaders with not apparent reason.

2. War will fix point 1. the moment war is declared , leaders are recruited. but scientist are still limited to 4. generals to 1 , etc.

3. AI build alot of fleets, and use only 1 fleet , and leave all other fleet sleeping. if the fleet attacking get damaged or destroyed, AI will send another fleet that was sleeping to attack, and send the dmged fleet to repair. (early game, its not because they have economic difficulties)

4. Ai build colony ships, with no planet to colonize.

5. when the AI get to max resource, those seems to disapears in nothingless , they don't sell nothing to the market ( they seems just to buy from it ) ( i may be wrong, to some AI this doesn't happen, still they don't sell on the market)
5.5 actualy, AI just buy from the market.

6. the AI doesn't donwgrade stations upgraded from the starpost , it will left them empty . ( this is wrong, at least, the AI seems to downgrade them after some time of a war .)

7. AI doesn't use edicts, even while at 1000 influence.

8. since AI don't realy dismantle starbases , rebels that already have a starbases in theyr sistem will not modify them, if the starbase is full of anchorage they will not change it ; making them unable to build ships . ( the rebels started even with civ like life-seed and they just rebelled, and they were primitive , theyr planet was never a gaiaworld . this is a bug of the random generator for rebel empires , i'm reporting this as a bug :p )

10. AI don't buy some special resources ( gasses and dark matter for what i saw ) EDIT : actualy, they buy only resources that they got to produce . if they don't produce gasses , they will never buy them.

11. AI doesn't build defensive platform

12. AI considerate always the full fleet power of the targets , and will not move even when it can actualy take on a fleet attacking them ( for example endgame crisis will make the AI just stay on theyr planet and shake in terror , while they could actualy take on one of theyr fleets bombing - protecting( conquered) one of they planet ) ( yea, pretoryon swarm still bugged but it was already reported )

Empires that I either Enlighten and make vassal, or release as vassal, do not build fleets.

Empires that start as primitives and develop to space on their own, only to become my vassal, DO build fleets.

now i understand .

13 . AI actualy sell to the market , but it is not registered in the market entry of "resources sell" or have any effect on the market price .
