I dont like it when 10000 muslim troops can take out a province in a couple of days. Most my own provinces are level 3 (2 in the backward ones)now but all my vassals are still at level 1.
It's not that they dont have money, some of my princes have 5000+ gold in their coffer...
in fact AI doesnt seem to build anything that has -% gold effect ...
of course they dont build training grounds, but that doesnt have a -% effect, so I dunno why.
How about just hard code AI to build every building when they have money except of course the royal post.
