Is there any logical reason behind this? I was attempting to give my rulers capitals on the coast because it's nice raising all their armies, jumping on a boat, and go, but they've been moving their capitals very illogically. The worst example of this was in Egypt where the Despot moved his capital from Alexandria to Sinai. Are they trying to gain a slight advantage in technology? The AI always seems to find a way to make me do more micro when I just want to do something else...
