Something I've noticed in a couple of recent games, not sure if it's a bug or if I'm just not reading things right. No screenshot because by the time it happens it's too late.

This is generally in big battles with several AI nations. I'm coming out ahead in terms of morale and casualties. My morale bar is low, enemy's is gone. Figure I should be winning soon, but the AI just keeps fighting. Then my army breaks and runs when I still have morale in my morale bar, even though the enemy's has been empty for several days of combat. I know that each individual regiment has its own morale and the bar is just an average, but if my bar is not empty shouldn't I have regiments that still have morale and are willing to fight? Is the AI just instantly destroying the rest of my morale, despite the fact that for the entirety of the rest of the battle they've lost morale at a greater rate than me?

This has led to me retreating involuntarily one province from a battle I should have won and getting stackwiped more than once now and I'm fed up enough to see if anyone knows what's going on. Happened both before and after the recent patch.

Pictures and possibly a save file would help a great deal in solving this issue.

Sometimes(Especially if units have reinforced) your front line breaks and during the ensuing turns all of your reinforcing units are being flanked and taking huge losses. This can result in something like what you have described. It's hard to say without seeing it though. Take a couple screenshots or even upload a save. If no one here can explain it you can always make a bug report.

I don't think there's s bug here and this is hard to answer without screenshots. You should mouse over the morale bar and look at the dice rolls when it happens. It might look like the bar is empty, but I've seen armies hang out for days with 0.1 or less morale with a couple of good rolls. This is especially true when it switches phases and there's a large difference between general pips.
