AI Ming builds so many forts to make nearly EVERY province under control zone. When the 'crisis of Ming dynasty' disaster happens, the rebels NEVER stand a chance to control 10 provinces in North China, South China or Xinan. The disaster could not end because of existing rebels, while mandate grows rapidly through disaster event. When mandate is above 90, AI Ming enacts a celescial reform. Finally AI Ming completes 6 celescial reforms in 1544. The rebels are everywhere, but MIng would never explode.

Despite having consistently warned the devs during the beta, nothing was done to fix all the balance problems with the Ming, that one included.

Sad but I guess we will have to wait for a long time before this to be tweaked.

That... sounds like the start for an amazing ming blobbing strategy. Rush reforms, convert tributaries to vassals, integrate and keep snowballing over the world diplomatically.
