For example, on Garrison orders, it has a tendency to focus troops onto one port and to ignore two others. And in a recent attempt to make a border order, I thought I was behind on my production but in fact the AI thought it was a good idea to stack up troops on one spot instead of spreading out to cover the whole thing.

I assume this is an error caused by 1.51 and not intentional.

I am aware of garrison problems. I made a couple fixes on the system but sadly not all of them ready before 1.5.1 patch. Hopefully things will be much better with next patch release

I have a suggestion. What if could pick a garrison unit, move him to a location and pick "Hold" and he would stay there no matter what.

Alllows some more personal control.

Now that take and let us apply it to ANY unit I press the HOLD button on! that'd possibly stop the AI from shuffling my troops along fronts right?!
