Can somebody give me pointers, what is the logic behind AI hybridizing cultures?
I have a Radhanite vassal I put into Palestine (three duchies needed for Israel - Palestine, Outerjourdan and Urdunn). Now, he (they, it's 5th generation now) converted half of his territory into Radhanite, and the second half is Mashriqi. He has enough prestige to do hybridization, and enough cultural acceptance.
So, why he don't, and how can I improve his decision here? I mean, I know I can just switch to him, do hybridization and switch back, but I'd prefer not to. Does he need to be independent, or what?
