I play Grand Campaign as Brandenburg. Difficulty level is Very Hard, Aggression level - High.
It is the year 1452; Bohemian king is the Holy Roman Emperor. He has passed the first Imperial reform, but failed the second on multiple occasions.
23 July: The Emperor has 0 Imperial Authority, Bohemia is at peace.
24 July: Diet in Reval is passed in Sweden. No voting for me or other HRE members. To add insult to injury, Sweden is not even part of the Empire.
This magnificent bastard Fridrich I Falcky somehow instituted Reichsregiment in some non-existent province, without Authority and without vote.

Can someone explain how does it work?

P.S. Unfortunately I cant provide screenshots since I cant post attachments yet.

Reval lies on the baltic coast, not in Sweden.

Also the election is some days after you pay with your Authority to make it happen. So check Bohemias Authority not 1 day, but 2-3 weeks before.

I reloaded several times (22 July). Sometimes Diet fires immediately, sometimes in the beginning of August. More than a week to pass a Diet? I unified HRE before, the event did never fire after ten days. Even if it would, it doesn´t explain absent vote.

I also checked the Authority since 1 January - it was 5 and didn´t improve until July. I guess the emperor refused to protect someone.

But as a member he would be asked to vote before the Diet meets. I have seen this happen in the past, but only very rarely, like maybe twice since the game came out.

Aha. Sweden conquered modern Estonia (provinces are still part of the Empire) but didn´t join HRE itself. I can´t find province "Revan", but this must be some province/city thing.

At least the Emperor had a decency to pass a Diet inside the Empire. But I would really appreciate it if he invited his loyal subjects for a vote.

So I can assume it is some weird bug?
