Getting rather frustatrated with the AI in the game.
in a '36 game, as UK.
1) Rest of europe falls under Germany dominion, France moves capital to Brazaville, Belgium to Congo. UK sweeps back through western europe in '43 (with very little USA help I must note), liberating Belgium and France, which revert back to their right countries, but they don't move their capitals back to originals. They produce vast quantities of armies, and send them to grateful UK, but back in the Congo, not europe. UK then has to use it's over subscriped transports to keep shifting units from congo to europe. Anyone know why liberated nations don't shift their capitals back to originals?
2) After liberating Europe, asia and nuking japan to oblivion (USA not helping again), and ending the war, and giving back vast quantities of terrorities to original owners and setting up new nations (FRG, Poland, South Korea, vietnam, India, Pakistan, etc), USSR get upset and launch dooms day (well actually North Korea declares war on South Korea, and it all kicks off in 1946). Stunningly repell USSR advances in Poland, but notice that Poland, Hungary and UK are doing all the work. FRG, France, Belgium, Holland and Italy (all Allies) are sitting back in their own terrorities drinking coffee as far as I can tell (Italy sends the odd aircraft over, but that's all, and Frnce and belgium producing armies in Congo waiting for me to ship them back to Europe, where they promptly revert back to owner and head back to their own countries). Any way of convincing your allies to come out of their own countries into another allies terratories and do some work?
