AI gets more braindead with every update

Russia hasnt declared war Novgorod even once in my games. Also didnt declare on any horde. Muscovy is still the same size in 1444 as in 1540. The solution to the debt problem was making the AI never fight any war apperently.

Really? In over 1.7K hours I never once saw Muscovy not declare on Novgorod. I've seen them prioritize PLC instead of Hordes, or to play somewhat passive, or even go ham on Sweden but not not open taking about Novgorod. After Third Rome that is.

P.S: I usually see Muscovy/Russia running tens of thousands of debt and still fight quite a bit.

If CK2 is anything to go by, they will probably never fix certain things and leave a big gaping hole in game blaance and bad player focused AI behavior forever.
