The devs are setting up game for a future Nordic expasion? or its a just one more "mismanage"..

I have complained a lot about anomalous Norway prioritization on latests historical run's.

This is in really creating more mess, German delay barbarrosa to july, and in 42 is still fighting over norway, UK keep trying take it back and vice-versa.

Im my germans runs, i don't do collab missions, i just slap Harsh Quotas + spam Light Tank Garrison, this is more efficient, i just make occupied territories pay for itself.

Its becoming problematic these "fancy DLC countries" creating to much alternative "important front's" in historical run, like Ethiopia did at first BBA days, making allies + axis prioritizing Africa.
Turkey is always joining allies or declaring random wars.

Collab is reasonable for Norway. Compliance gets you both additional factories and resources, as well as reducing occupation costs.


14 civs working for 60 days is really a very small investment in the long run - it definitely pays for itself
