In my game France has force limit 73 but they have recruited 133 units already so how they can finance so many soldiers without money problém? From my experience if you go so much over force limit it is really expensive. Is AI cheating somehow or what is going on here?

It's perfectly doable, in my Granada game I was way above force limits all the time, because I had a lot more money than force limits (overseas provinces, especially gold, can do that to you). It's also possible that they're sitting on these temporarily because they were at war / plan to declare one. The AI going above force limit was one of the best improvements it received since release in my book.

It's only relatively expensive. The marginal cost of being double over your force limit at 75 units is the same as being double over it at 10 units. You can go as far over it as you please assuming you have the income to support it.

did Castile/Spain colonize Chesapeake? If they did, they send trade to Bordeaux and France is the #1 benefactor. It's easy for France to be flooded with ducats in 1.3.x( I think this problem started in 1.2.)

In my current France game(on hold until they fix Castile's colonization priorities), all of my trade ships(not many) sit in Bordeaux while Spain feeds me ducats from Gold Coast>Carib>Chesapeake>Bordeaux. I'm at or near 2x land force limits and close to 1.5x naval force limits, mostly big ships.

Yeah, this is messed up. Not sure how, but it ain't right that you can take so much advantage of AI's colonizing and then sending trade back to Europe. Haven't noticed this myself, but given several of you guys describe it as a basis to not even bother with the colonial game, it shows that there is something very badly out of whack with the colonial part of the game.

Yeah, but that won't be happening badly until about 1600, eh? So you do get a few scores of hours of game play.

But yeah . . . France getting filthy rich off of Spanish (or any other nations') colonization = serious problem to be addressed in next patch.

is it just the fact that there is not a trade route from Chesapeake to Seville? Or is it a more complex issue than that?

I find the general idea that: you can get the modifier advantages from trading in a strategic good (e.g., diplo boost from Ivory) to be a bit suspicious. I would've thought that OWNING the province that sold the dang stuff would've been inherently advantageous over being downstream and 'steering' trade or soaking it up.

I don't even know if it's going to be fixed. Paradox hasn't acknowledged if this is WAD or not. Some players have posited that it is Spain trying to block England and France from Chesapeake, but the opportunity cost doesn't justify that explanation. Others have said it's a reasonable course of action as long as Spain moves its capital to the Bordeaux node. The AI never does this though. Even if it did, I doubt competing for trade against Portugal in Carib, England in Chesapeake, and England, France, and The Netherlands in Bordeaux yields more profit than cooperating with Portugal in Gold Coast and Carib and competing against Portugal in Seville.

It's both to a degree. Based on what someone(I don't recall who) told me about the missions, Castile is getting missions to colonize in the Chesapeake(specifically Newfoundland and Thirteen Colonies) relatively early. Therefore, by the time a British or French AI gets there, the seaboard is mostly yellow. In my most recent game, Spain only put 3 or 4 colonies in Carib and then just went crazy on the Thirteen colonies. I rushed to torch them, but they were hell bent on getting colonies on the Eastern Seaboard. When I gave up, the game was around 1610 and Spain hadn't touched Central America or South America.

That is interesting. In my one play as France where I got up to 1598 and the colonial powers pretty much had a blank slate (no France competing) it was like this: Norway was in north Canada; England was in 13 colonies; nobody had yet conquered the Mesoamerican kingdoms; Castille was in Cuba and parts of south America; Portugal was in Hispaniola and Brazil.

In my game France has force limit 73 but they have recruited 133 units already so how they can finance so many soldiers without money problém? From my experience if you go so much over force limit it is really expensive. Is AI cheating somehow or what is going on here?

Colonies should really be rebalanced so tariffs provide the majority of the income, with trade giving a nice bonus.
Contrast with now, where tariffs are a nice bonus and trade is the main income from colonies, meaning who owns colonies is fairly unimportant, and it's more on who controls the trade nodes.
