AI changing culture

I was wondering how often and under what conditions do the AI change the Culture in a province, (i've seen Austria do it 3 or so times to Varasd however i think they had a quest to do so) for instance if i had Trebezond as a Vassal and wanted to turn northern Anatolia to Pontic...

You are talking about Europa Universalis IV? This is the general discussion forum for PDS. You should ask for a moderator to move this to the relevant forum.

i am talking about EU IV, how it got in the development studio, i don't know since i thought i put it elsewhere.

You have to ask a mod to move it, or apologise and start another thread in the right forum, they seem fine with that .

They happen to convert accepted cultures (this is easily seen with CN) so I would guess that it happens to convert anything not its culture.
