so im playing when my IC suddenly goes from 120 to 80 for no reason... i have massive amounts of minerals, 5k ish manpower and plenty of convoys. also when i build new factory's the IC doesn't change 50% of the time? even after a few days. i did a manual count and came out with over 80 IC just on the first 10 provinces of the province screen....... what??? dissent is .6% minister effect is +5%. tech is like +15% i played for awhile (7 years) like that and nothign changed. restarted app, no change. why did my IC drop like that? i didnt get bombed and like i said by doing the math manually i have... wow 266 IC with out counting all the provencies that have only 1 IC
