so im playing when my IC suddenly goes from 120 to 80 for no reason... i have massive amounts of minerals, 5k ish manpower and plenty of convoys. also when i build new factory's the IC doesn't change 50% of the time? even after a few days. i did a manual count and came out with over 80 IC just on the first 10 provinces of the province screen....... what??? dissent is .6% minister effect is +5%. tech is like +15% i played for awhile (7 years) liek taht and nothign changed. restarted app, no change. why did my IC drop like taht? i didn tget bombed and like i said by doing the math manualy i have... wow 266 IC with out counting all the provencies that have only 1 IC

Non-core (captured foreign) provinces count for only 1/5th IC each... every ten captured ICs are only worth two. So if you had 60 home-country ICs and 100 captured ICs, that's only 80 ICs total (60 + 100/5).

Post a screen-shot showing the IC tool-tip pop-up (ie: point your mouse at your ICs, when the info pops up, take a screen-shot).

Just an added question, do you actually have to pay for the "lost" IC in the foreign occupied provinces in terms of Mineral/Energy/Metal?

Or do you only pay the expenses for the ICs that become available to you (1/10 of the foreign ones)?

You pay resources only for the ICs that you actually use. In fact, you can "idle" some ICs by over-allocating to Reinforcements, Upgrade or Production... and the extra, unused ICs will not consume resources.

(1/10 of the foreign ones)?
