The table below summarizes the changes in AI Areas comparing HOI4 version 1.10.8 Collie to 1.11.4 Barbarossa.

Be advised that only one AI Area was assigned per province in 1.10.8 Collie, whereas, multiple AI Areas (up to 4 max) per province were assigned in 1.11.4 Barbarossa.

A good example of this is the provinces that make up the Phillipines. In 1.10.8 Collie, every Phillipine province was assigned to AI Area 6 (asia). However, in 1.11.4 Barbarossa every Phillipine province was assigned to 4 simultaneous AI Areas (8: asia, 10: pacific, 12: home_islands, 13: just_phillipines).
