I'm currently trying to salvage old mods of mine by reducing the compatibility issues with other mods. I have added shipclass but the issue I have is 00_country_types.txt is required to make them buildable by the AIs. Modding this important file mess up compatibility and increase the maintenance as it contain lots of code that are likely to change with each new version of the game. Is there a way to make my new shipclass usable by the AI without having to mod the countries directly?

Thanks Seomis. I guess 00_country_types.txt is one of those files we have no choice but to replace it. I seen other games that allowed minor entry changes in their files without the need to replace everything...
