Will there be an option to regulate AI Aggressiveness?

There are times when I just want to relax and not worry about having to blob and war too much, but also don't want to fight pushover AI's when I have a war (so no low difficulty setting on).

It will most likely be fairly trivial to mod AI aggressiveness, it is in other Pdox titles at any rate. Me myself is planning to open up with a game without initial AI space folks. That way I can learn the ropes in peace, and any AIs that arise most likely won't be a threat for some time.

Edit: I said mod because I doubt there will be a "passive AI" switch in-game. At most there might be one to make them care less for the human player in general, I recon you can do that in other titles at least.

I would guess it would be a matter of modding the game so that only the more passive AI personalities are generated... would be surprised if there's an actual in-game option to scale AI aggressiveness globally though.

I really hope they have the typical option of "Easy medium hard"
(even though their difficulties are generarily.. piss poor - medium and easy and incredibly easy, and hard for me nowadays are somewhat easy)
As well as option to make the AI better (Give AI bonuses, like in EUIV - I never play with it off)
