Hey everyone,
I'll skip straight to the point, today while watching the Finland WWW again, I saw that the fascist leader of Finland had the same portrait as the communist leader of the Netherlands from Johan's playthrough on twitter (I checked it and it was indeed.) and now I wonder, are those simply placeholders that will be replaced during this time by the art department, or will it stay this way?
It isn't such a big deal, I see that, and I wouldn't care so much if ministers and/or generals have generic portraits, but I personally think the country leaders, even when ahistorical and even of minor nations should have their portraits, since everytime I want to interact diplomatically with them, I will see them.
(I also scrolled back to the Norway playthrough, but Egede-Nissen did have his own portrait, and that gave me hope again, however, it could also be Paradoxian Scandinavian Nationalism...)
EDIT:
Egede-Nissen didn't have his own portrait either...
