Thank you, Paradox for a great expansion to V2. I don't know what I like more, foreign investment, war justification, new Westernization system, the relative scarcity of money, factory budgets, enhanced politics, interface improvements.
I really like that money is a finite resource now, and you have to make strategic budget decisions. I like foriegn investment and how it effects diplomatic influence, it stimulates the 19th century, early 20th century financial system rather well. Capitalists can investment in projects outside of their county proper which is more historical. The political system is improved and I like the new policies that political parties have. Having or not having public meetings now means something. I like the new affects that jingoism now has. It makes for a more powerful military than those who are not jingoistic.
I also relish the new Westernization system. I am currently having a good time with playing Japan and I have Westernized and I quite enjoyed the process and its benefits. I am having a lot of fun with my game. Now, I will implement a East Asian co-prosperity sphere...
As Paradox refines V2, it keeps getting better and better.
