Agnatic-Cognatic Primogeniture, but daugther still forts to inherit?

I have agantic-cognatic primogeniture succession law, daughters 13, 9 and now son 1 year old. But still my oldest daughter is my heir, my second daughter is second in the line and my son is completely omitted.

It this a bug?

Edit: I think I have it. It is because my primary title is the Irish king and there is elective sucession. However it seems it also affects the French king title? Strange.
