let me rephrase:

I am generally against editing a nation just because its player - even though he has awesomely played and once again stated an example of his sheer brilliance and abilitay to turn a dirthole into a prosperous pot of gold - has had all odds turn against him, faced unimaginary rebel uprisings in his provs, had the ROTW majors delcare war on him and was forced into such unique but brutal clashes as the 100yw or the Muslim reconquista.

But in your case I'm still inf avor of editing or switching

btw, did anyone notice how subtile I inserted the word "pot" in my above statement

I'm strongly against editing in explorers and conquistadors each session, why would a nation put any efforts into moving DP sliders if the player knows he'll get those guys anyway...

about maptrading... I dunno, I think we shouldnt prohibit that.

oh and it'd be fun if Slargos was Marrocco. I'd love to see him and AD fight out their little "who's a warmonger?-thingee" down there...

Anyway: Devil, Dild is one of the AoD1 players - Spain.

And I agree with DzD, Morocco/Algiers should be edited orthodox tech (latin is too far imo) - and so should Granada, but stupid Duke won't allow that...

But I'm still against banning map trading... however, if the majority wants it I will of course accept it...

Map trading should be allowed IMO. Not like I'm gonna build a large fleet since my infantry will cost 1d and cavalry like ~7
