AGCEEP_Specific_gujarat.eue - critical error?

hiya all, i've tried installing 1.09 and then 1.39 AGCEEP deluxe over it, however when I try starting a game, i get a 'critical error' in the above file. help - what can i do to make it work?

As a possible quick fix, open up events.txt in the db subfolder and find this line:

event = "AGCEEP\Events\AGCEEP_Specific_Gujarat.eue"

and then change it to

#event = "AGCEEP\Events\AGCEEP_Specific_Gujarat.eue"

I'm not sure why its causing you a problem but seeing as how that file is empty at the moment this might help. Or it also might point out that there is a different problem causing this.
