Transylvania

It was already mentioned in bugfix thread but just in case setup of Transylvania in 1648

In post 387-389 I was considering Hungarian and Transylvanian rulers between 1660 and 1700, since some were incorrect and there were gaps between them.

My proposal regarding monarchs for these two countries can be found here


Edit: and what about Ukraine?
I have seen that ahistorical Polish core on Donetsk in 1648 was removed and what about rest of package (ahistorical existence of Ukraine in january 1648)

Just in case that it is not omitted I submit it (it is bugfix but Yoda asked to submit)
- Ukraine did not exist in 1648: Donetsk to Russia, Ukraine, Poltava and Krementjug to Poland (and fortress level 2 in Ukraine is ahistorical, since much better and bigger fortifications were in Podolia)
- Khmelnystky uprising started in spring 1648
corrected dates of events dealing with uprising were already submitted and are here (description of first event in fact describes reasons of personal grudge of Khmelnytsky but not why uprising has broken out)

extra:
- some stuff dealing with Union between Orhodox and Catholic churches: two events have been merged and change of province culture to ukrainian was proposed to be delayed here and here

culture changing events have been made province specific.

- some discussion about Ukraine was in above posts, posts 711-721 and earlier 693-695; generally I have expresses opinion that UKR tag could be freed; there were some questions but no opposition nor (real) discussion

uprising started in 1648, from late 1649 (Zborow agreement) one could consider Ukraine autonomous and self-governed. In 1651 this autonomy was broken. Due to lack of successes, plague and general waste of provinces in 1654 Cossacks asked Tsar's protection (document is lost so nobody knows details). Russian troops entered and uprising changed into war between Poland and Russia. In 1658 Cossack leaders decided that Poland offered better terms than Russia and signed Hadiach agreement with Poland. Some revolted against it so there was extra Cossack civil war. In 1659 pro-Russian Cossacks signed second agreement with Russia, which limited their autonomy significantly. In 1667 Poland seceded Poltava and Krementjug to Russia. Pro-Polish Cossacks stayed in poland, pro-Russian moved to Russian part of Ukraine.

So no independent Ukraine for sure after 1659. Neither Russia, Poland nor Ottomans/Crimea would tolerate it, as Cossacks were even more anarchic democracy than Poland.

About 1672 Ottoman Empire got southern Ukraine and also did not free Ukraine, just gave them some limited autonomy.

Problem of too low relations between POL and Brandenburg in 1648 (and quite recently I have recalled that Elector was Polish vassal) - lead to ahistorical war because POL DoW BRA without even cassus belli.
In this post I write that relations should be 50 but after thought it could be even 100. Later some event can lower it and anyway it is Brandenburg who is supposed to DoW Poland to break vassalage of Prussia.

Two other issues were discussed in following posts: unreasonably high fines (over 1000 ducats while Polish income is between 60 and 100) in events not related to any economical occurence and DP settings for Poland.

Events regarding first issue are under first link and second issue are here (posted recently, but my monologue was earlier)

Generally Polands target for 3 DP settings was about -20 and +20 till half of XVIIIthe century. After modifications it is still below 0 and above 10 in the corresponding areas.
I am considering to move centralization target from -4 (was -20) to +2.


EDIT2:After some discussion in Prussian thread I realized that Brandenburg Elector acting as Duke of Prussia was Polish vassal in 1648. I propose to give royal marriage between POL and BRA in 1648 scenario ending in 1655, to "simulate" this fact.

Main proposed changes afect city of Podolia (current city is located in Moldavia) and Krementjug (current city was founded by Tsarica Catherine in second half of XVIII century)
also city for Lugansk is completely wrong but no proposal was given.

Here are big changes to the "American Revolts":
revised province RR for British colonies in the four events concerning the Colonial revolts in American East Coast;
modified French event supporting the American Revolution;
modified ENG event to represent the massacres of Boston;
added 28 (14+14) province specific events in case the East Coast is colonized by other Europeans;
changed some ENG flavor events as to remove the country RR in 1770s.

This is more a bugfix than a submission (more than 50% +1): a surviving Kingdom of Naples will reach the historical path again in 1734 obtaining the Bourbon Kings and their flag. Spain will be asked to release Sicily.
