AGCEEP is now supported via Factbook

Since I started playing AGCEEP myself it just made sense to fully support it via the factbook website. I have uploaded the AGCEEP .inc files to the site and if the sript detects AGCEEP saved file it uses the data from the AGCEEP files to display your world properly.
