If you look for old threads then do not forget that most old threads are not immediately visible on the new forum.
If you only see an empty forum for AGCEEP, click "Thread Display Options", choose "Threads with last post from: Forever" (even if you already have that selected!) and "Set Options". That should make all old threads visible again for a while.
