ConjurerDragon is right. Why not? This is only 5% chance for AI anyway. It can happen.

@Toio: my idea was splitting FRA_170154 in two twin events with first condition NOT ( exists MLO + event 12024) :
first event with condition France owns Lombardia => no choice (only action a)
second event with conditon Venice owns Lombardia and France not at war against Venice => action a + action b

I see your point, but you fail to see mine. Your point in the secoond option only targets VEN , when Lombardie could be owned by anyone. If it is owned by anyone, I think FRA would still press its claim on lombardie. Remember 3 wars where fought for lombardie for FRA in 30 years.
The issue is that FRA maintined "interest" in Milan until the end of the 3rd italian war , which ended in 1538

so, (for another revamp of an event), FRA should maintain the core (pressure) on lombardie until then. Even if they release MLO as a vassal, the core would remain until 1538

so to satisfy both issues, event changes below

#(1499-1504) The Orléanais inheritance of Milan (in case France or Venice already own Milan)

#-#On 7 April 1498, upon Charles VIII's death at Amboise (he knocked his head while passing through a doorway in his going to see a game of real tennis), the throne of France passed to his cousin Louis of Orléans, who reigned as Louis XII. On his accession, he took the titles of Duke of Milan and King of Sicily, sending a shrounding chill through Italy, Louis XII came to throne in France with the clear idea of making good his claim to Milan from his Visconti grandmother, Bianca sister to Filippo Maria Visconti, considered as the last legitimate Duke to rule over Milan until 1447. But Milan and her dependency, Genoa, were also seen as the key to Italy but the Frence presence in Northern Italy would mean a constant menace to the balance of powers, expecially to the Emperor and its Italian fiefs.

in this case, actionname B should be modified in a way like "we are not interesetd now or we are busy elsewhere", the latter is ACTIONNAME12024B.

However the relation to MLO wouldn't work as the vassal is released by the same event. Shouldn't a relation to a vassal be already at 150 once a state becomes independent?

Of these new families many by 1700 had fallen to desperate financial problems. This condition of fallen nobility was termed Barnabotti due to these nobles meeting in the area of Campo San Barnaba. Barnabotti who, despite having lost many of their financial resources, continued to maintain the right to sit on the Greater Council, continued to vote in the assembly and decided the fate of the city and the state. Clothing and food for the Barnabotti was provided by the state. The barnabotti had frequent conflicts with the remaining body of the wealthy nobility, but at the same time, because of their lack of economic means, sold their votes and this caused certain unwanted nobles to achieve certain positions of power. In 1740, Doge Alvise Pisani tried to amend the voting regulations of the Nobles, remove the votes of the barnabotti and amend the constitution but was outvoted by the Venetian council.

#-#The Venetian occupation since 1204 of Candia was confronted with the rebellion of the Cretans, especially in the inland areas. The island was invaluable to the Republic for its products and commerce, but the inhabitants did not easily tolerate the new dominion. The Venetians were obliged to repress many revolts, and to do so more easily sent several Colonies of Nobles and Veneti citizens, to whom land was granted on condition of defending it for the Republic. In 1529 Khair ad din conquered Algiers and from there his corsairs sacked many Mediterranean towns, including Rettimo in Crete. In 1571 Cyprus fell to the Turks. These events had an influence also on the relations between the Cretans and the Venetians, the Turkish threat reduced the hostility towards the Venetian rule. In the XVIIth century the population of Crete was divided into four tiers, the Venetian noble families, the Cretan noble families, the citizens of the three main towns of Candia, La Canea and Rettimo and the rest of the population.

Issue for post 1741 is not settled. See Bordic's comment in post 1742. In order to increase relations, action b of the FRA event should trigger a new MLO event.

About post 1743, there is a huge difference of date between VEN_326081 and proposed VEN_326082. Triggering VEN_326082 in action_b is a mistake because of the dates. Better check 326081 happened in the trigger of 326082. Waiting for EVENTHIST326082.

No idea right now for a possible action_b in 326084. Obviously, it should be not aiding with no treasury loss but what could be the consequences in order to balance action_a? Stability loss? loss in trade investments, vps?

On second thought, I would like to remove the relations I added for action B, as it makes no sense. I prefer to replace it with making MLO a vassal of FRA

If the date is an issue , i will amend event 326081 to have a startdate of April 1762 as it will make sense to align it, even though the poor nobles started way before.

I agree with stabilty loss and also ADM loss for 12 months on the monarch, Also, action a should probably be a loss of -30 cash instead of -15.

NOte- text fixed,

There is no need to add the vassal command in FRA_170154. MLO doesn't exist if the event fires and will be released as vassal already.

In VEN_326082, date is not needed if the event is triggered by VEN_326081 action_b only (I understand this with the change of date 1700 -> 1762). In this case sleepevent command is useless in VEN_326081 action_a. VEN_326082 will then be triggered between 1762 and 1797.

Ok for the changes in random VEN_326084.

will a flag change only need to be done for event 326082 to indicate that a new "type" of government is in place.
If, so then

as an alternative, the COA can remain as is

ok

Provided image is for banner only, isn't it?
Better not change the CoA then. Which name for this new set?

Where does this banner come from? Is it only "fantasy"?

As i said , it your call, and also NO COA change only flag

info is that, it was the original colours prior to 1257, here is some info

Since 1257 all Venetian ships hoisted the flag of the Lion. However, its heraldry has never been codified exactly and the way it was represented showed a certain freedom of choice and some variations. The infantry usually had the Saint Mark with the Cross between the paws of the Lion painted in red or gold against a white background, while the navy employed a golden lion on a purple-red background. It is also known that (light) blue is the heraldic colour of Venetians and that Venice has always had blue and gold as its colours: on the sea, however, it was not easy to recognize. Many think that the open book (the Gospel) meant “peace” and the closed one meant “war” but there is no evidence of it, although there is a strong popular belief. The Saint Mark’s flag employed in Venetian edicts and proclaims or in the colone marciane was the going lion with the Gospel, whereas the lion in moleca (closed in a round shape) was employed in stamps. The six tails of the flag represent the six sestieri (districts) of Venice. Since there were no fixed rules, one can find flags with different backgrounds and colours. Indeed when the Gospel is present (sometimes it could be a different book) the most common motto is “Pax Tibi Marce Evangelista Meus”, but other times you could find “Alliger Ecce Leo Terras Mare Sidera Carpo” or “Victor Tibi Marce Evangelista Meus” too. Recently, thanks to the efforts of Ettore Beggiato, all the public offices in Regione Veneto are obliged to display the Venetian flag.

Not sure but shouldn't it be day = 18 then or we could have Marco Foscarini (0163052) only for one day? Does it make sense? Why should Anzolo Querini (0163066) start exactly the same day as the historical monarch?

A new event for Urbino, should occupy the "Marche" province No. 392 in the WATK map. Urbino and Rimini should actually be independent as they weren't taken into Papal Dominion until 1632. This is obviously for when Garbon new map comes out or for any plans to adopt the WATK map.

Inspired by the Florence Dome event sequence.

Rimini and urbino are different places on map
rimini is in the romagna area, ruled by the Malatesta family who served Venice until the family perished. It was also under VEN rule when a Malatesta was general of venetian armies in war time.
Urbino as you say is in Marche ruled by the Montefeltro family who also served VEN as well as the PAP,

on your events, I have no issues, except that they should be province instead of country events
