Again: English should be the default language for mods if there is no localization to the game language

I'm not the first one who post this suggestion.
But today it suddenly became more relevant. As it turned out, most mods in ModJam have no localizations. Large part of Stellaris community in fact can't play with ModJam content! It's OK for me if some rare texts from mods are in English rather than in my native language (Russian), but it's not OK if all game is in English.

Yes.
I never said that all mods have to have all proper localizations, you are arguing with someone else.
I said that if the mod have english localisation strings, but not French/German/Russian/... localisation strings, and the game is played in French/German/Russian/... then game should use english strings instead of "modsomethingsomething.anomaly.1234.desc"

Yes.
That's not the issue.

The way it should work is that if localization strings don't exist for a specific language, the game defaults to English.

The way it currently works is that if localization strings don't exist for a specific language, the game shows the under-the-hood text.

This is an issue in two situations:

1. When Paradox forgets to add non-English localization strings.

2. When modders release mods available only in one language.

As a modder myself (albeit not a big name one), I assumed the game defaulted to English localization if I didn't create dummy files in other languages. It wasn't until this guy mentioned it that I learned this wasn't the case.
